What do you carry?

Whatever you experience today, will be a memory tomorrow. Yet in many ways, today will always be with you, in the experiences you gather and carry along on the journey.

A very brief experience can often influence an entire lifetime. Long after something is over, it continues to affect you. The original event may have been entirely out of your hands, yet the extended, continuing experience of it is completely under your control. You choose what to keep, what to discard, and how to think about it.

No matter what has happened in the past, you can take from it whatever you decide to, and move forward on your own terms.

Experience lasts within you in whatever way you wish to perpetuate it. So, make it work for you.
